Ruth Urben Community Assessment and Participation Advisor Ruth moved to SOPAC as the Community Assessment and Participation Adviser with the GEF-Pacific Integrated Water Resource Management (IWRM) Project from its start in January 2009. In this position, she will be working with the project partner agencies in each country to strengthen the integration of the communities in the planning, implementing, monitoring, evaluating and replanning cycle of IWRM activities that each country will be undertaking.
